We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when required by law or with trusted service providers who help us operate our app/website.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Your data is stored securely and only accessed by authorised personnel.

5. Lio, Our Website Guide

• If you talk with Lio on our guide page, we keep the conversation so we can see how the guide is working and improve it. It reaches us when you leave the page or start over.
• If you send an enquiry or order, the conversation is kept with it so we can prepare properly. If you don't, it is deleted after 90 days.
• Lio's live conversation runs on Anthropic's Claude. What you type or say is sent there to generate Lio's replies, with email addresses and phone numbers stripped out first. Your contact details are collected on the page itself and never shared with the AI behind Lio.
• Lio's voice is generated by OpenAI's text-to-speech service. Only the words of Lio's own lines are sent there.
• If you answer by voice, your browser turns your speech into text. In Chrome this is processed by Google's speech service.

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request corrections to that information.
