Tools · Website check-up

How is your website really doing?

Six scores for your homepage in under a minute, and the fixes to start with. Free, the same checks we run before we quote a job.

Under a minute, no sign-up. The report is yours, at its own link. Nothing on your site is touched.

What gets checked

Six things a customer feels before they ever read a word

Speed

How fast the homepage shows up on a phone, measured by Google's own PageSpeed.

Accessibility

Whether everyone can use it: contrast, labels, tap targets, on any device.

Clarity

Does the page say what you do, for whom, where, and what to do next?

Trust

Reviews, the people behind the business, a way to reach you, a secure address, your Google listing.

Google

Title, description, headings, sitemap and schema: what Google needs to list you properly.

AI

Whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI are allowed in, and whether there's anything for them to read.

How it works

Three steps, no account

01

Give us the address

Just your homepage, no sign-up. We read the page the way a visitor and a crawler do; nothing is touched.

02

Watch it build

Google measures the speed on a phone, we read the words and check the crawlers' doors. Under a minute.

03

Start with the fixes

Up to three, the ones that would change the most. Each says what we saw and how to fix it, and whether it's a quick fix or one for a developer. The report stays at its link.

Frequently asked questions

Is the check-up really free?
Yes. It runs by itself and costs us cents, and it asks for nothing but the address: the report lives at its own link. Leave your email if you want that link sent to you, or to talk about the fixes afterwards. That's all.
What exactly do you check?
The homepage, as a visitor and as Google see it: speed and accessibility measured by Google's PageSpeed, whether the page says what you do, for whom, where and what to do next, the trust signals on it, the basics Google needs to list you, and whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI are allowed in.
Will you change anything on my site?
No. We only read it, the way any visitor or crawler does. Nothing is logged in to, nothing is touched, and we don't keep a copy of your pages beyond the screenshot in your report.
What happens after the report?
You get the three fixes to start with, each marked as something you can do yourself or something that needs a developer. If you want them done, book a chat; if not, that's fine. The report is yours and stays at its link.
