Messi Football School
A football school that filled its first programme from a site built in a week.
The challenge
A junior football programme for kids turning 8, 9 and 10, outside any club, needed to take registrations before the season started on 1 September 2026. There was a week to do it, and no budget for anything that did not help a parent sign up.
Our approach
This one is ours: Xavier coaches junior football and runs the school. We built the site the way we tell clients to: the smallest thing that works, live in a week, then grow it from what parents and coaches actually ask for.
The solution
One programme page with dates, venues and what is included and a registration form. After launch, the parts that make it a school rather than a sign-up page: a written report after every session, a player card with five core skills, the current level and next steps, a page for clubs that want extra practices, and a staff sign-in.
The outcome
The ambition was to complete a team with 8 kids, but we got 18 self-serviced registrations in the first week and three more after the program started. The unexpected registration allowed the school to afford more equipment and hire extra coches.
